Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Prajanya.
Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before enrolling in any program.

1. No Refunds on Coaching Programs

All payments made for our coaching programs, including the Flourish Fertility Naturally Coaching Program, are non-refundable.
This is because program materials, support, and preparation begin immediately upon enrolment, and your spot is reserved exclusively for you.

By signing up, you acknowledge that no refunds or partial refunds will be provided for any reason.

2. Cancellations by the User

If you decide to discontinue or are unable to continue the program:

• No refunds will be issued
  
• No credits will be provided toward future programs
  
• Access to program resources or sessions may be stopped based on program terms
  
  

3. Rescheduling of Sessions

For programs that include live or 1:1 sessions:

• You may request rescheduling subject to availability
  
• Missed sessions without prior notice may be treated as completed
  
• Recordings may be provided for group sessions when applicable
  
  

4. Cancellations by Prajanya

If we need to cancel or reschedule a session or program:

• We will notify you as early as possible
  
• An alternative date or recording may be provided
  
• If the entire program is cancelled by us before it begins, a full refund will be issued
  
  

5. Payment Issues

In case of duplicate charges or payment errors:

• Please inform us immediately
  
• Refunds for accidental duplicate payments will be processed after verification
  
  

6. Digital Products

For digital products such as eBooks, guides, or downloadable content:

• All sales are final
  
• No refunds will be provided once access or download is granted
